Welcome to my personal webpage!

I'm a master's student in Computational Clinical Science Lab, Seoul National Unversity. I'm broadly interested in psychiatric disorders, especially in mood and anxiety disorder and their decision-making. I want to figure out the psychological and neurocognitive mechanisms of aberrant decision-making in mood and anxiety disorder. Specifically, by applying computational and neurobiological approaches, I hope to discover (1) underlying cognitive processes of decision-making under mood and anxiety disorder, (2) individuals' risk factors and prognosis, and ultimately enable to provide (3) quantitative and objective index of psychiatric disorders and (4) individualized treatment. I want to develop my knowledge about the clinical psychology, computational psychiatry, and neuroscience.

Final project at modeling class
Transforming Matlab code into Rstan code to conduct the hierarchical Bayesian analysis for parameter estimation about value generalization in human avoidance learning. (Norbury et al., 2018)

Predicting individuals' anxiety and depression level with neural pattern when they process the negative emotional stimuli using machine learning approach.

Project-ELS
By using ABCD data, we examined the effect of early life stress on cognitive functioning. We also investigated which factors can mitigate the negative effect of early life stress.
Project-AnxietyDM
How highly anxious people make decision differently?
What is the underlying cognitive processes that affect this aberrant decision-making?
By using computational modeling, we quantitatively investigated that which latent cognitive processes are related to anxiety level.
Data Analysis in Neuroscience at SNU
I attended data analysis in neuroscience at Seoul National University from Feb 18 - Feb 22. I learned a lot about how to analyze the brain data, statistical methods, and many other useful things. I also did a group project in the last day of the DANS. Go to my github repo for the detail.
